New procedure for contactless deliveries

Unimasters with new safety measures regarding deliveries
Taking into consideration the declared state of emergency in the country, we would like to inform you that the work process at Unimasters will not be disturbed and all domestic deliveries are executed on schedule, while deliveries abroad will be executed according to the situation in the respective country, observing all prescribed safety measures.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic Unimasters has implemented a new way of delivery, which is to limit the contact between the courier and the recipient as much as possible.

In order to ensure the safety of of both our customers and employees, we apply the following new safety measures during delivery, that we ask you to comply with:
Step 1
The courier arrives at delivery address and signals that he has arrived at the location.
Step 2
The courier leaves the shipment at the door, with the proof of delivery placed on top and pulls back two steps.
Step 3
The client goes out, checks the shipment, leaves the money on the package without touching it and pulls back two steps.
Step 4
The courier approaches, checks the amount, leaves a change if necessary, greets and leaves.
Step 5
The client takes the shipment and the change and walks in.
Step 6
Within 15 minutes after the physical delivery the client will receive an SMS containing a link to open in order to confirm that the delivery has been accomplished.*


*If necessary, the client may add a note in the original proof of delivery with his own pen.
